Is the $500 initiation fee charged annually ?

No, the $500 initiation fee is a one-time setup fee.

Is a bottle of Everwild Spirits included with my membership? Am I able to purchase more?

Yes, you will receive one bottle of Everwild Spirits annually, on the anniversary of your membership initiation. You are also free to purchase any additional bottles of Everwild Spirits, or other spirits, at your own discretion. We are limited to selling no more than four 750 ml bottles of spirits per day, per customer by the state of Ohio.

When will the $29 monthly fee be charged?

We will not begin charging the monthly fee until the first day of the month following the month we officially open.

Can I purchase and keep spirits other than Bourbon in my locker?

Yes, you can keep any spirits, as well as wine, in your locker. All the bottles in your locker must be purchased through the Everwild Spirits Lounge & Tasting Room. Bottles purchased off-premises may not be brought inside and may not be placed in your locker.

Am I able to access my locker myself?

No, only Everwild staff members will have a key to your locker. Your locker will remain locked at all times unless you are visiting our lounge and accessing its contents.

How many bottles can I fit in my locker?

The number of bottles that will fit in your locker will vary since all spirit bottles are different shapes and sizes. Typically 12 bottles should fit comfortably but will depend on your specific selections.

What is the fee for a drink from a bottle in my spirit locker?

You will be charged a flat $5.00 fee for any drinks served from bottles in your spirit locker. The same fee applies whether it is served neat, on the rocks, as a cocktail, or any other form.

Does the $5.00 drink fee go directly to my server, or should I tip my server?

No, the drink fee is not a tip for your server, so please go ahead and tip your server or bartender as you normally would at any bar or restaurant.

How many Copper Club member cards do I get?

Your Copper Club membership includes two primary member cards.

Do I need to present my Copper Club card to gain access to my spirit locker?

When visiting our Lounge & Tasting Room, you may present your card to your server. However, if you do not have your card with you, your server can locate your Copper Club account by your name, phone, or email address as well. Only a primary member can authorize access to a spirit locker.

How many guests can I share my spirit locker with?

When visiting our Lounge & Tasting Room, you may bring as large a party as you like to join you and share your spirit locker contents with. For larger parties, we recommend that you make reservations in advance.

Can my friend get access to my spirit locker when I am not there?

No, a spirit locker may not be accessed without the authorization of a primary Copper Club member.

Are there any penalties if I cancel my Copper Club membership?

No, you may cancel your membership at any time, without penalties. If you cancel, you may take home any unopened bottles remaining in your locker. Unfortunately, opened bottles cannot be taken off the premises and would have to be discarded at the time of cancellation.
