July 1st, 2022. It’s time. The day has finally arrived. After more than three years of planning, modeling, designing, concepting, developing, and building, the Everwild Spirits Lounge and Tasting Room is ready for you. Our amazing head bartender, Emily Hensley, has developed an incredible series of delicious craft cocktails that highlight our Seekers straight bourbon.

Our CFO (Chief Flavor Officer) Gia, has put her heart and her Sicilian heritage together to develop an exceptional menu of ‘Befores & Afters’ (appetizers & deserts). From savory charcuterie boards and creative flatbreads to rich and indulgent for those with a sweet tooth.
